We would like to officially announce that Arena Season 1 will start on the 12th of April, at 18:00 (CET). Each Arena Season will end with the Arena Tournament (2v2 and 3v3) determining Gladiator and Rank 1 players.

As you might already know, there will be two Arena Flushes per week on Sunday and Wednesday, 4:00 AM GMT+0. To qualify for Arena points, your personal rating must be within 150 of the rating of your team, with at least 10 games played, and you must have participated in 30% of your team’s games the previous flush.

To qualify for the Tournament and Arena Season rewards, you have to meet the following criteria:

• You need to have at least 50 games played in the current season*
• You must have played 30% of the total games played on that team for the season
• Your personal rating must be within 150 rating of the team rating.

*We reserve the right to change the time frame criteria.

There will be a “ready check” option added that starts the arena match sooner if all players agree by talking to the NPC inside the preparation room.

With the Arena Season starting, we’d like to remind you that you can queue for Arenas and Battlegrounds, without a need to talk with NPC, by using a specially prepared AddOn to queue remotely.
