Graphic Designer recruitment

Stormforge team is looking for a graphic designer who would be eager to help us create graphics for marketing purposes and new projects. Game master recruitment

Game Master responsibilities

  • Handle complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Resolve players' technical issues
  • Provide developers with information concerning any game-breaking bugs
  • Answer tickets in-game
  • Analyze and provide feedback on how to improve player support
  • Investigate and dispose of cheaters/gold sellers/bots
  • Identify player needs and help them use specific features
  • Represent a part of Stormforge administration and upkeep a collaborative relationship with the Mistblade community, as well as our standards of communication with players

Moderator responsibilities:

  • Review Discord messages and forum posts in the context of our rules and netiquette
  • Maintain Discord server, forums and any future community-based platforms
  • Provide new players with support such as basic information
  • Organise and upkeep any community discussions
  • Represent a part of Stormforge administration and upkeep a collaborative relationship with the Mistblade community, as well as our standards of communication with players

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer support
  • Vast knowledge of World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria
  • English language (B2 level minimum)
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with the World of Warcraft audience
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with players at all times
